S SAVAGE HIT A BRILLIANT 91 NOT OUT TO CONDEM DUNGANNON TO YET ANOTHER DEFEAT. DUNGANNON BOWLED TOO MANY WIDES TO ASSIST DONAGHADEE TO THIS BIG TOTAL. GAREETH LUCAS WAS UNFORTUNATE ON A NUMBER OF OCCASIONS WHEN THE BALL BOUNCED OVER THE STUMPS FROM A YORKER LENGTH WITH SAVAGE BEING THE LUCKY BATSMAN ON TWO OCCASIONS. DUNGANNON WERE NOT SO LUCKY AS SIMILAR BALLS HIT THE STUMPS, RICHARD SCOTT WAS RUN OUT BY THE BOWLER WHEN HE WAS TARDY GROUNDING HIS BAT AFTER HE AND CHRIS ADRAIN HAD GIVEN DUNGANNON A GOOD START IN REPLY. MICHAEL McNAMEE WEIGHED IN WITH A FEW BELIDGERENT BLOWS 2x6 AND 1 x 4 IN A QUICKFIRE 21.

                                                            L 5 (A)    15 06 2014 :       DUNMURRY , 108 .         C ADRAIN 4 --16 , A HARKNESS  2 - 19, M CREEVY 2 -- 5, A THOM 1 -- 26 , R SCOTT 1 -14

A NUMBER OF THE 33 WIDES NOT CREDITED TO BOWLERS   !!!

                                                                                                        DUNGANNON , 78   : M CREEVY 12 , A HARKNESS 11

AGAIN ANOTHER VERY POOR PITCH AS SHOWN BY HIGHEST BATMAN'S SCORE WAS 12. THE BOUNCE WAS VERY UNEVEN AND THERE WAS CONSIDERABLE MOVEMENT . UNFORTUNATELY  TOO MANY DUNGANNON BOWLERS WERE VERY INACCURATE BOWLING WIDES , FULL TOSSES AND LONG HOPS.

IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO SCORE OFF GOOD LENGTH BOWLING. CHRIS ADRAIN WAS THE PICK OF THE BOWLERS TAKING 4 WICKETS  IN AN ECONOMICAL 8 OVER SPELL.

56 WIDES WERE BOWLED SHOWING THE POOR BOWLING BY BOTH TEAMS, BUT THE UMPIRES MANAGED 7 LBWs , 5 AGAINST DUNGANNON, STRANGE BUT TRUE.

HOPEFULLY THE PARK PITCH WILL BE MUCH BETTER FOR THE NEXT MATCH  AS THE ROLLER IS BACK IN ACTION.

a GOOD PITCH AT LAST WITH OUR ROLLER BACK IN ACTION . CHRIS ADRAIN AND MARK CREEVY SCORED RUNS AT LAST AND RICHARD SCOTT PLAYED A GOOD INNINGS AT THE TOP OF THE ORDER.

LARNE KNOCKED OFF THE RUNS WITH NO DIFFICULTY AS DUNGANNON PUT DOWN A NUMBER OF CATCHES AND DUNGANNON'S WEAK BOWLING ATTACK WAS EXPOSED. JEFF MEEKE GAVE THE YOUNGER BOWLERS A CHANCE WHEN A WIN SEEMED IMPROBABLE AND lARNE SCORED THE RUNS IN 31 OVERS. IT MAY HAVE TAKEN A BIT LONGER IF THE BETTER BOWLERS ON THE DAY HAD BOWLED THEIR FULL QUOTA . YOUNG DUO, STUART WILLIAMSON AND PETER DORAN BOWLED GOOD SPELLS, DUNGANNON USED NINE BOWLERS. LINCOLN REGISTE PERFORMED VERY WELL BEHIND THE STUMPS CONCEEDING NO BYES

NO UMPIRES    >>> NO LBW s HELPED MONAGHAN , DUNGANNON DROPPED 7 CATCHES. DUNGANNON WERE WELL PLACED  AT 90 - 3 BUT COLAPSED   AND HAD TAKEN 7 WICKETS FOR 80 BUT LET MONAGHAN OFF THE HOOK  AND PLUNGED TO ANOTHER LOSS
